Our Service and Parts Departments
These departments are home to some of the most experienced employees, including not one or two, but SEVEN Master Certified employees and Three technicians.
Our Master Certified employees have each been through years of rigorous training programs with Mercedes-Benz and have proven themselves worthy of the title given for knowledge and expertise in their field.
Among our Master Certified staff members are Service Manager Mike Choate, Parts Manager Will Kidman, Assistant Service Manager Chris Bergstrom, and our very knowledgeable Shop Foreman Dan Johnson (who has 30+ years of experience with the Mercedes-Benz vehicles).
Their Master Certified status and thorough Mercedes-Benz knowledge lets them expertly and professionally manage any issues that may arise with clients’ vehicles during ownership, which in turn gives them confidence.
Our Sales Department
The Sales Department is incredibly qualified too, as they hold a remarkable 89 combined years of experience with Mercedes-Benz. Our entire Sales Team is significantly competent in all things Mercedes-Benz.
